Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef (80/20 preferred)
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp ketchup (plus more for glaze)
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • Optional: 1 tsp mustard, 1 tsp Italian seasoning, or BBQ sauce for glaze

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F.
  2. In a large bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, onion, garlic, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper until just combined.
  3. Shape mixture into a loaf that fits your air fryer basket or tray.
  4. Place meatloaf in preheated air fryer and cook for 25 minutes.
  5. Brush top with ketchup or BBQ sauce and cook an additional 5–10 minutes, until internal temperature reaches 160°F.
  6. Remove from air fryer and let rest 5–10 minutes before slicing.
