Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs

  • 2 bananas, sliced
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 8 oz Cool Whip or whipped topping
  • 1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix (optional)
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
  • Maraschino cherries (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into the bottom of a 9×13-inch dish to form the crust.
  2. Beat softened cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth. Spread evenly over the crust.
  3. Layer drained crushed pineapple over the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Add a layer of sliced bananas, followed by a layer of sliced strawberries.
  5. If using, prepare and spread vanilla pudding over the fruit layers.
  6. Top with a thick layer of Cool Whip, smoothing it out with a spatula.
  7. Sprinkle chopped nuts on top and add maraschino cherries if desired.
  8. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
