Ingredients
- 2 cups orange sherbet
- 2 cups pineapple or mango sherbet
- 1 cup chilled pineapple juice
- 1 cup chilled orange juice
- 2 cups lemon-lime soda or sparkling water
- Fresh fruit slices (orange, pineapple) for garnish
- Optional: maraschino cherries or mint sprigs for garnish
Instructions
- Place 2–3 scoops of orange and pineapple sherbet into each tall glass.
- Pour equal parts of pineapple juice and orange juice over the sherbet until the glass is about halfway full.
- Top with lemon-lime soda or sparkling water to fill the glass and add fizz.
- Gently stir once or twice to swirl the sherbet—don’t overmix to keep the layered look.
- Garnish with fruit slices, a cherry, or mint. Serve immediately.
Notes
- Use rainbow sherbet for a more colorful presentation.
- Freeze glasses ahead of time to slow melting.
- Prep juices and garnishes in advance but assemble right before serving for best texture and fizz.
