Ingredients

  • 2 cups orange sherbet
  • 2 cups pineapple or mango sherbet
  • 1 cup chilled pineapple juice
  • 1 cup chilled orange juice
  • 2 cups lemon-lime soda or sparkling water
  • Fresh fruit slices (orange, pineapple) for garnish
  • Optional: maraschino cherries or mint sprigs for garnish

Instructions

  1. Place 2–3 scoops of orange and pineapple sherbet into each tall glass.
  2. Pour equal parts of pineapple juice and orange juice over the sherbet until the glass is about halfway full.
  3. Top with lemon-lime soda or sparkling water to fill the glass and add fizz.
  4. Gently stir once or twice to swirl the sherbet—don’t overmix to keep the layered look.
  5. Garnish with fruit slices, a cherry, or mint. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • Use rainbow sherbet for a more colorful presentation.
  • Freeze glasses ahead of time to slow melting.
