Description

A refreshing tropical smoothie blending sweet strawberries, juicy pineapple, and creamy coconut for a bright and fruity drink.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes
  • 1 tablespoon shredded coconut (optional)

Instructions

  1. Add strawberries and pineapple chunks to a blender.
  2. Pour in coconut milk, yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract.
  3. Add the ice cubes.
  4. Blend until the mixture becomes smooth and creamy.
  5. If the smoothie is too thick, add a small splash of coconut milk and blend again.
  6. Pour the smoothie into glasses.
  7. Sprinkle shredded coconut on top if desired and serve immediately.
