Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 tsp dried basil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups spinach or arugula
- 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes (packed in oil), sliced
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella or crumbled feta
- 4 large flour tortillas or wraps
- For the creamy garlic spread (optional):
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
Instructions
- Season the chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper.
- Grill or sear the chicken in a skillet over medium heat until golden and cooked through, about 6–7 minutes per side. Let rest, then slice thinly.
- In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise or Greek yogurt, garlic, lemon juice, and Dijon mustard to make the garlic spread.
- Warm the tortillas slightly in a pan or microwave to make them pliable.
- Spread a layer of garlic sauce onto each tortilla.
- Top with spinach, sliced chicken, sun-dried tomatoes, and cheese.
- Roll each tortilla tightly into a wrap, then slice in half.
- Serve immediately, warm or chilled.
