Ingredients

- 1 ripe banana

- 1–2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup (optional)

Instructions
- Add the frozen berries, banana, yogurt, and milk into a blender.
- If using, add honey or maple syrup for extra sweetness.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- If too thick, add more milk a little at a time until desired consistency is reached.
