Description

A refreshing, creamy, and healthy frozen treat made with tangy yogurt and fresh berries, perfect as a light dessert or snack.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt
  • 23 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
  • 1/2 cup strawberries, sliced
  • 1/3 cup blueberries
  • 1/3 cup raspberries
  • 1/4 cup granola (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons nuts or seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt with honey or maple syrup and vanilla extract if using.
  3. Spread the yogurt mixture evenly onto the prepared baking sheet to form a smooth layer.
  4. Scatter the strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries over the yogurt, gently pressing them in.
  5. Sprinkle granola, nuts, or seeds on top if desired.
  6. Place the tray in the freezer for 3–4 hours, or until completely frozen.
  7. Break into pieces and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Use full-fat Greek yogurt for a creamier texture.
  • Sweetener helps prevent the bark from becoming too icy.
  • Customize with different fruits like mango, kiwi, or banana.
  • Drizzle melted dark chocolate for a richer variation.
  • Best served straight from the freezer as it melts quickly.
