Description

A creamy and refreshing smoothie made with blueberries, pear, banana, and Greek yogurt for a naturally sweet and nourishing drink perfect for breakfast or a healthy snack.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 ripe pear, sliced
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

Instructions

  1. Wash the blueberries and slice the pear into small pieces.
  2. Add the blueberries, pear, banana, Greek yogurt, milk, honey, and ice cubes to a blender.
  3. Add chia seeds and vanilla extract if using.
  4. Blend until completely smooth and creamy.
  5. If the smoothie is too thick, add a little more milk until the desired consistency is reached.
