Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning

- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions
- Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels.
- Season the salmon with Cajun seasoning, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Place the salmon fillets skin-side down and cook for 4 to 5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
