  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano or thyme
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels and pound to even thickness if needed.
