Description

A rich and comforting ramen dish featuring tender chicken, noodles, and a creamy spicy broth that delivers bold flavor in every bite.

Ingredients

  • 200 g ramen noodles
  • 2 chicken breasts or thighs, sliced
  • 3 cups chicken broth
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 12 teaspoons chili paste or chili oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream or coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 2 soft-boiled eggs
  • 1/2 cup corn kernels
  • 1 cup spinach or bok choy
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a pot over medium heat and sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant.
  2. Add sliced chicken and cook until lightly browned.
  3. Stir in chili paste or chili oil and cook briefly to release flavor.
  4. Pour in chicken broth and soy sauce, then bring to a gentle simmer.
  5. Add heavy cream or coconut milk and let the broth cook for a few minutes until slightly thickened.
  6. Cook ramen noodles separately according to package instructions and drain.
  7. Divide noodles into bowls and ladle the hot broth and chicken over them.
  8. Top with green onions, soft-boiled eggs, corn, and greens.
  9. Serve immediately while hot.

Notes

  • Adjust chili to control spice level.
  • Coconut milk works well for a dairy-free option.
  • Add peanut butter for extra richness.
  • Cook noodles separately to prevent them from getting soggy.
  • Customize toppings like mushrooms or bamboo shoots.
