Description

Ingredients

  • 1 large cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese (optional)
  • 1 cup hummus
  • Fresh parsley for garnish
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  3. Toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Coat the cauliflower with breadcrumbs and parmesan cheese if using.
  5. Spread the cauliflower evenly on the prepared baking tray.
  6. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, turning halfway through, until crispy and golden brown.
