Ingredients
- 24 wonton wrappers

Instructions
- Cut the wonton wrappers into triangles.
- Heat vegetable oil in a deep skillet or pot over medium heat.
- Fry the wonton pieces in batches until golden brown and crispy.
- Transfer the fried wontons to a paper towel-lined plate and season lightly with salt.
- In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, and sesame oil.
- Arrange the crispy wonton chips on a large baking sheet or oven-safe platter.
- Top with the seasoned chicken, cheddar cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, and sliced jalapeños.
- Bake at 375°F for 8 to 10 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and top with green onions, diced tomatoes, cilantro, avocado, sour cream, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha.
- Serve immediately while the wonton chips remain crispy.
