Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease or spray a baking sheet with cooking oil spray to prevent sticking.
- Prepare Carrots: Place the washed and halved carrots onto the prepared baking sheet, ensuring they are spaced out for even roasting.
- Mix Ingredients: Add olive oil, minced garlic, grated Parmesan cheese, Panko breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper over the carrots. Toss everything together thoroughly to coat each carrot piece evenly with the mixture.
- Roast Carrots: Spread the coated carrots evenly on the baking sheet. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the carrots are tender. Halfway through cooking, toss the carrots gently with a spatula to ensure even roasting and crispiness.
