Description

Fun and bite-sized cake pops made with moist cake and creamy frosting, coated in a smooth chocolate shell and decorated for a playful and delicious treat.


Ingredients

  • 3 cups baked cake, crumbled
  • 1/2 cup frosting
  • 200g chocolate or candy melts
  • 1216 cake pop sticks
  • Sprinkles or decorations (optional)

Instructions

  1. Crumble the baked cake into fine crumbs in a large bowl.
  2. Add frosting gradually and mix until the mixture is moist and holds together when pressed.
  3. Roll the mixture into small balls and place them on a tray.
  4. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to firm up.
  5. Melt the chocolate or candy melts until smooth.
  6. Dip the tip of each stick into melted chocolate, then insert into each cake ball.
  7. Dip each cake pop into the melted chocolate, ensuring it is fully coated.
  8. Gently tap off excess chocolate and decorate with sprinkles if desired.
  9. Place upright or on a tray and allow to set until the coating hardens.
