Description

A quick and comforting Keto Hamburger Broccoli Skillet made with seasoned ground beef, tender broccoli, and a rich creamy cheese sauce. This hearty one-pan low-carb dinner is filling, flavorful, and perfect for busy weeknights.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 3 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the diced onion and garlic, cooking until soft and fragrant.
  3. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
  4. Season the beef with paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
  5. Stir in the broccoli florets and cook for 5–7 minutes until slightly tender.
  6. Add the heavy cream and cream cheese, stirring until the sauce becomes smooth and creamy.
  7. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the skillet.
  8. Cover the skillet for 2–3 minutes until the cheese melts completely.
  9. Serve hot directly from the skillet.

Notes

  • Ground turkey or sausage can replace ground beef for a different flavor variation.
  • Add mushrooms, cauliflower, or spinach for extra vegetables.
  • Pepper jack cheese creates a spicier version of the dish.
  • Frozen broccoli works well and saves preparation time.
  • Add a splash of cream while reheating to maintain a creamy texture.
  • Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
