Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup plain yoghurt
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil or melted butter
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 tablespoon orange blossom water
- 1 tablespoon orange zest
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a cake pan.
- Whisk eggs and sugar until light and slightly fluffy.
- Add yoghurt, oil or melted butter, orange blossom water, vanilla extract, and orange zest, mixing until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
- Pour batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 30–35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow the cake to cool before serving.
- Dust with powdered sugar or drizzle with orange juice glaze if desired.
