Description
These Spooky Ghost Cookies are a fun and easy Halloween treat made with just three simple ingredients. Perfect for a quick festive snack, these no-bake cookies combine creamy white chocolate, vanilla wafers, and mini chocolate chips to create adorable ghost shapes that are both delicious and kid-friendly.
Ingredients
Cookies
- 15 vanilla wafers
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- Mini chocolate chips for eyes (about 30 pieces)
Instructions
- Melt the White Chocolate: Place the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until fully melted and smooth.
- Dip the Wafers: Using a fork, dip each vanilla wafer into the melted white chocolate, coating it completely. Allow any excess chocolate to drip back into the bowl.
- Create the Ghost Shape: Place the coated wafers onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. While the white chocolate is still soft, quickly press two mini chocolate chips near the top of each wafer to form the ghost’s eyes.
- Let Set: Refrigerate the cookies for about 30 minutes or until the white chocolate hardens completely to set the ghost shape.
- Serve and Enjoy: Once set, carefully peel the cookies off the parchment paper and serve your spooky ghost cookies at your Halloween party or as a festive treat.
Notes
- Use high-quality white chocolate for a smoother coating and better taste.
- If mini chocolate chips aren’t available, small dots of melted dark chocolate can also be piped to form eyes.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
- For an extra spooky look, add a small drizzle of melted dark chocolate for a mouth or other ghostly details.
