Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breasts or chicken thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 12 oz noodles
- 5 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 3 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 3 green onions, sliced
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
Instructions
- Cook the noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- Season the chicken pieces with salt and black pepper.
- In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, brown sugar, oyster sauce, sesame oil, chicken broth, and cornstarch.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the chicken and cook until golden brown and fully cooked through.
- Add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour the sauce into the skillet and stir until thickened into a glossy coating.
- Add the cooked noodles and toss until evenly coated with the sauce.
- Garnish with green onions, sesame seeds, and red pepper flakes before serving.

- Lo mein, ramen, spaghetti, or udon noodles all work well for this recipe.
