Ingredients
- 2 cups watermelon, cubed
- 2 cups cantaloupe, cubed
- 1 cup honeydew melon, cubed
- 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 small red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lime juice or lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon honey (optional)

Instructions
- Cut watermelon, cantaloupe, and honeydew into bite-sized cubes and place in a large bowl.
- Add thinly sliced red onion and fresh mint leaves.
- Drizzle olive oil and lime juice over the fruit.
- Add salt, black pepper, and honey if using, then gently toss to combine.
- Transfer to a serving dish and top with crumbled feta cheese.
- Add toasted pumpkin seeds if desired for extra crunch.
- Serve chilled or at room temperature.
