Ingredients

  • 300 g pasta (penne or shells)
  • 400 g ground beef or lamb
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried mint or 2 tablespoons fresh parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and cook the ground beef or lamb, breaking it apart until browned.
