Description

This Watermelon Cherry Berry Beet Juice combines a hydrating blend of red fruits and vegetables, delivering a refreshing and nutrient-rich beverage packed with vitamins and antioxidants. Perfect for a healthy breakfast boost or a revitalizing afternoon snack.

Ingredients

Produce

  • 2 small beets
  • ¼ baby watermelon (or 2 cups of any watermelon)
  • 1 ½ cups mixed berries (strawberries, red currants, raspberries)
  • ½ cup pitted cherries

Instructions

  1. Prep the produce: First, cut up the watermelon and remove the rind (optional if thoroughly washed). Wash the beets, berries, and cherries. You may cut off the ends of the beets if desired. Remove the stems and pits from the cherries carefully to avoid any toxicity or juicer damage.
  2. Juice the ingredients: Add all ingredients to your cold press juicer and start juicing. If using a different kind of juicer, cut watermelon and beets into smaller pieces and add them piece by piece for optimal juicing.
  3. Serve & enjoy: Pour the juice over ice cubes or chill your produce before juicing for an extra refreshing drink. This recipe yields about 750mL (3 cups), serving 2-3 people.

Notes

  • Be sure to remove cherry pits as they are toxic and can damage your juicer.
  • Watermelon rind is edible but should be thoroughly washed if kept on.
  • Chill ingredients beforehand or add ice cubes to enhance refreshment.
  • This juice can be enjoyed as a breakfast alternative or a nutritious afternoon pick-me-up.
